How do I receive points and savings from my treatment?
Prior to your appointment, make sure the provider offers the Xperience+ program to receive program rewards. Following an eligible treatment, your provider will look up your Xperience+ account via phone number or email and automatically grant your points and apply applicable savings.
How do I know if my provider participates in the Xperience+ program?
Prior to your appointment, check with your provider directly to confirm participation in the Xperience+ loyalty program.
Are there other ways to earn Xperience+ points?
Yes! You can earn additional points for:

How do I use my points? Can I redeem points for additional rewards in the Rewards Store?
Your points can be redeemed for dollars-off savings. Every 100 points = $10, and your provider can select the amount of points that you wish to convert to an instant cash discount.
You can also use your points for Neocutis medical-grade skincare in the Rewards Store. Navigate to your patient portal and login at https://app.xperiencemerz.com/login. Click on “store” at the top of the page and simply browse the products you are eligible to redeem based on your points balance and enjoy free shipping to your home.
When do my Xperience+ points expire?
Points expire 12 months from the date earned.
How do I change my patient profile data (name, phone number, email) without losing my points?
You can update your name, phone number, and email in your patient profile. Navigate to https://app.xperiencemerz.com/login and log in using your credentials. Select “My Account” in the top right corner, then select “Edit Account”, from there you can edit your information.
How long do I have to wait after earning the points to use them?
To use your points in a provider’s office, you must wait 72 hours after earning them from a qualifying treatment to redeem for dollars off savings. However, if you want to use your points right away, you can also use your points for Neocutis medical-grade skincare in the Rewards Store in your patient portal.
